Here at Kinkyhouse, we have a flat rate £3 Carriage charge to the UK, no matter how many products are ordered. This way, your not paying high amounts to get small items delivered and not paying big delivery charges if ordering mutiple items.

Delivery is typically between 1-5 days, as soon as the order is authorised, we give you 100% attention in getting your order to you quickly and safely. If any items are out of stock, you will be notified soon after order is placed of any delays. Most of the higher-end Womens Clothing inc. Corsets, Garter sets, etc, is imported in from the USA from Leg Avenue, so if the item ordered is out of stock, please allow delivery of upto 21 days.

Delivery is by Royal Mail and a proof of posting is obtained, orders may need a signature when delivered, but rest assured that 100% discretion is used at all times, and delivery is in plain packaging.

We now ship abroad, but the £3 carriage rate does not apply to Europe and the rest of the world. These carriage charges are as follows:

UK - £3 Flat rate

Europe - £10 Flat rate

Rest of the World - £14 Flat rate

Flat rate charge indicates that any quantity of goods ordered, the carriage stays the same. Delivery abroad takes longer than the stated times above.

Returns Policy

Due to our stores Hygeine policy, Returns are not accepted on most items. We will only refund items that have a manufacturer fault on receiving order. Please Contact Us within 7 days if there is any problem at all.
