| How discreet is Kinkyhouse?
Very, we will deliver your package in plain packaging. The return address for Royal Mail purposes on the package, will not include Kinkyhouse in the title. Your billing details on your Credit or Debit card statement will either show K.House or the Proprietors name. Kinkyhouse will not show on the statement. How safe is my Credit or Debit card Payment to you?
Very Safe. We use Nochex or Paypal, so when it gets to the part of transaction to give these details, you are transfered to their highly secure sites. Do I not need to have an account with Nochex or Paypal?
No, No account with them is required, and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. If you do have an account with them, you can choose to use it for payment aswell. Why use both Nochex and Paypal?
The only reason is, it gives the option for people who own a Paypal account and would like to purchase through that aswell.
Can I send my Cheque or Postal order to you instead? Sure, when you place an order, you can choose to send it to us this way. Though please be aware, that cheques need clearing through the bank first. If your sending Postal Orders, please make sure they are uncrossed, or these will have to clear first too.
How long will it take for my Order to be processed, etc?

How do I order?
Our order placing is very easy. Browse the categories until you find product(s) you would like, hit the Buy now option to add to your cart, you then have the option to Continue Shopping option for more products to order, or go to checkout. This will then prompt to login or create account. Create account will take a minute of your time, and this saves your details to checkout. Your then diverted to your payment option, check your payment box, and this will divert you to Nochex or Paypals secure server for card details. Sending a Cheque or Postal Order can also be done. At all times of shopping at Kinkyhouse, you can check products added to your cart, by the "Cart Contents" option at the top of the screen.
Can I check the status of my order after placing?
Yes, after your order is placed, you will receive an email with a link to check the status of your order via our site. We can update a status to this, through the steps of delivering your order.
What if my order is out of stock?
We hope not, but should there be lengthy delays, we will email you an E.T.A for your order. You can then make the decision of accepting something of an closest alternative if needed urgently.
Your Returns policy mentions Hygiene, Why is this a problem?
Our products are intimate items, whether it be "Closely worn" or "Used in areas". We can only accept items with a manufacturer fault which needs to be notified within 7 days on receiving order. "Prior to use" can we add.
